Peter T. Petrich is a partner of Davies Pearson, P.C., where he practices in the areas of employment,
labor law and civil rights litigation. Mr. Petrich provides counseling and litigation services to public and private employers, and individual employees on issues involving civil rights discrimination, wage and hour regulations, Department of Labor & Industries
regulations, preparation of employee handbooks, severance and non-compete agreements, and labor relations.
He earned his B.A. degree from the University of San Francisco and his J.D. degree from Gonzaga University. Mr. Petrich has argued cases in the Washington State Superior Court, Court of Appeals, and Supreme Court as well as the Federal District Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has lectured on employment law issues to numerous public and private groups.
