Davies Pearson is proud to sponsor the Humane Society for Tacoma & Pierce County’s 21st Annual Dog-A-Thon, Saturday, July 23rd, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at Fort Steilacoom Park, located at 8714 - 87th Avenue SW, Lakewood, Washington 98498.
The Dog-A-Thon is one of the largest dog walks in the state, and the Humane Society's largest fundraiser.The Humane Society for Tacoma & Pierce County finds thousands of homes for shelter pets and, in fact, does so for more pets than any other shelter in the State of Washington.

Davies Pearson is pleased to announce that Benjamin T. Zielinski has joined the firm as an associate attorney. Mr. Zielinski will primarily practice in the area of personal injury and commercial litigation. Mr. Zielinski graduated from Seattle University School of Law in 2010. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Hillsdale College in 2007.

Davies Pearson, in conjunction with Heritage Bank, is proud to sponsor a powerful, live Tacoma Symphony Orchestra event. Deborah Henson-Conant, Grammy-nominated performer, composer, songwriter, and harpist will perform live Sunday, March 27, 2:30 p.m. at the Pantages Theater in Tacoma.
Henson-Conant has revolutionized the elite concert harp into a 36-string custom-built electric "harness harp" she plays in genres from blues to flamenco. Through music, as well as comedy, she will entertain audiences with her renegade image, evocative singing voice, and shows that fuse music, theater, stories, humor, virtuosity and entertainment. From Latin jazz to Celtic, blues and folk-pop, she does it all. Mr. Nelson will primarily practice in the area of family law, where he will assist clients with dissolutions, child custody and support, and maintenance. Mr. Nelson graduated from Seattle University School of Law in 2006. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Washington in 1990. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Nelson worked for a King County firm that provided prosecution services for a number of municipalities.
