I-5: Take Exit 133 - Highway 705/City Center exit.
Then take the A Street exit, traveling to South 9th Street.
Turn left on South 9th Street and proceed up the hill
approximately four blocks. Turn left on Fawcett Avenue.
Davies Pearson is the second building on the right. The cream
stucco, three-story building has its own adjacent parking lot.
From the Peninsula - via Sprague: Travel
towards Tacoma via Highway 16. Proceed northbound and take
the Sprague exit that is right before you cross over the Nalley
Valley. Proceed northbound on Sprague to South 9th Street.
Turn right on South 9th Street. Continue eastbound on South 9th
Street to Fawcett Avenue. Turn right on Fawcett. Davies Pearson is
the second building on the right. The cream stucco, three-story
building has its own adjacent parking lot.
From the Peninsula - via Hwy 705: Travel towards
Tacoma via Highway 16. After crossing over Nalley Valley, stay
left for I-5 northbound. Once around that corner, take the Highway
705/City Center exit. Once on Highway 705, take the A Street exit,
traveling to South 9th Street. Turn left on South 9th Street and
proceed up the hill approximately four blocks. Turn left on
Fawcett Avenue. Davies Pearson is the second building on the
