James R. Tomlinson

Bio

James Tomlinson engages in a variety of real estate and commercial matters.  He advises individuals, companies, borrowers, and lenders regarding commercial real estate and business buy/sell transactions.  He handles a variety of real property matters including titles, easements, boundary line issues, and encumbrances.  James also works routinely on condominium developments and the formation and operation of homeowners’ associations.
